From the name to the logo and even your website, packaging, imagery, and copy– it's about standing out from the competition and making a memorable brand experience. Our goal is to help your audience understand what your business is truly about, its values, and the incredible offerings it brings.

To achieve effective branding, we dive deep into understanding your target audience and competitors. That's where brand strategy comes in. We'll work together to find and connect with your audience, discover how you can shine in a crowded market, and define the perfect messaging and positioning to reflect your brand's core values. Once we have all that in place, we'll create a brand experience that captures the essence of your business. Whether it's your website, product packaging, or social media, we'll make sure your brand looks and feels just right.

Branding is a business investment and should help you actually reach your goals. A logo alone isn’t going to help you connect with your people, stand out from the crowd, or bring in more revenue. For this reason, we don’t take on logo only projects. We want your business to be successful and see a real return on investment. 

That being said, we know everyone is in different places in their business with different needs. Therefore, we do offer a “Jump-Starter Brand” package that includes a short-form discovery, Logo, Brand Mark, font selection, and brand colors. That is what we consider to be the minimum needed for a business that just started and needs something to “jump start” their business so they can go and make that dough!

This is on a case-by-case basis. We won’t make you a “quick” new logo, but we will refresh the old one if we are working on a design day or a web design intensive for you. A refresh means that we keep the basic idea and form, but we add in your new brand colors and font to make it match the rest of the design for you. Once we are rebranding together, we encourage you to embrace letting go of your old logo and letting in new possibilities!

Again, every business is unique- so to every project! Each project we work on has a different scope, needs different things, and has different goals, so we can't know the exact pricing for your project until we talk to you. It all depends on where you are starting from, where you want to go, and how many bells and whistles you want! In general, our clients spend anywhere from $5k-$15k+
In order to make it more accessible for smaller businesses, we do offer design days, “Jump-Starter Brands”, and Strategy only projects. So if you have a smaller budget, it’s always worth it to ask and see what we can do!

Of course! We understand that brand & web design is a big investment, and we will happily work with you to create a payment plan that is realistic for you. Typically, we have a payment schedule that divides the project cost into 2-3 parts across your project timeline, depending on what package you choose. We require a deposit of 1/2-1/3 of your total project cost at the start of your project, then spread out the other payments accordingly.

Brand strategy & Design typically takes about 6-8 weeks to complete, depending on the client's revisions and deliverables. Branding and website design takes around 9-12 weeks. Branding, website design, and packaging takes around 12-18 weeks. 

We currently take on very limited web-only projects. We typically see more success when Brand and web design is combined to create a full cohesive brand experience. 
We started offering one week Show-it/SquareSpace web design intensives and Shopify two week intensives. Intensives are done in a shorter amount of time and therefore require a time commitment & open communication on both ends during our project time. 

This is on a case by case basis if we determine that your business already has a strong brand and needs minimal pages.
